CUTTING MACHINES FOR MARBLE AND STONE

We are close to who works in the caves for the marble and stone extraction and we follow the transformation process of these raw materials until they become a final product, ready for the use in different areas: urban design, restoring, construction or internal furniture. Two different working phases that share the same extreme conditions: heavy loads and heavy dust quantities. 
Therefore in both of these phases are requested robust bearings: with the maximum load capacity and well sealed to enhance their durability. But for the extraction it is also needed that the bearing will be resistant to shocks and to the high oscillations frequency, in order to minimize the maintenance during an important operative phase. During the stone or marble working the precision and the reliability are fundamental, therefore the bearing will be designed to guarantee these requests.
